Knights of Columbus
Why become a Knight of Columbus?
The Knights of Columbus is a church, family, fraternal, and community organization.

Church
The Knights support our priest, the altar servers, and the CCD religious education program. They purchased the new steeple bells for our church. The Knights supply ushers for special events and servers for funerals. They prepare the chicken dinners for the summer festival and support the Right To Life. The Knights contribute to Diocesan Religious Education, the Logan County Hospice and the St. Vincent De Paul Society.
Family
The Knights have social gatherings that include all family members as well as council festivities. These include Halloween celebrations, Communion Breakfasts, Christmas Celebrations with a visit from St. Nicholas, Card Tournaments, and an annual Family Picnic.
Fraternalism
The Knights offer life insurance as an optional benefit to members and their families. They provide the crucifix for the casket of all Brother Knights and participate with our chaplain in the wake services and with their families time of need. The Knights will provide a free education to the children of any Brother Knight who looses his life in the line of duty as a public servant.
Community
The Knights have donated $500 to the Emergency Medical Service of Indian Lake for a Heart Monitor. They prepare and serve food at the annual Point Amusement, and the Harvest Festival. The Knights offer scholarships to area students and collect donations for the mentally disabled in Ohio.
Meeting times are 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 7:00 pm
